Data Collection and Use

Replicator may collect and store the following information in the course of your use of our website, and to provide you support and service: Contact information such as name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. Records of contact with Replicator support and sales teams. Purchase histories, payment histories, and shopping cart histories. Information necessary to complete ATF forms and transfer any purchased items. Device and IP information used to shop our online store, including product browsing histories and dates and times of access.

Consent and Access

By using our website, you are implying consent to our collection of information. You may withdraw consent for us to contact you or continue collection, storage, or use of your information at any time by contacting us at support@replicatorusa.com.

Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your information to outside parties. We do not disclose your personally identifiable information unless required to comply with the law. This nondisclosure does not apply to trusted third parties whose business it is to help complete the purchase and transfer of our products; such third parties have also independently agreed to a similar privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

We may use outside entities to assist in serving you, such as payment portals and shipping services. We will only share as much information as is necessary to their role in completing the transaction. These parties will have their own privacy policy in place for how they use and store information; we recommend that you review these policies as well as ours. If you choose to proceed with a transaction involving a third-party provider, your information will be subject to the privacy policy and jurisdiction of that provider.

A&D bookkeeping (FastBound)

Replicator may use FastBound cloud software to maintain federal firearms Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records required for licensed manufacturing and transfer. This is an internal compliance integration; it is not a consumer-facing login to your personal account.

When we verify a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or mark an order shipped, we may send limited operational data to FastBound solely for A&D bookkeeping—for example FFL license identity and premise address, employer identification number (EIN) when on file, serial numbers of regulated items, order references, and shipping tracking numbers. We do not send customer payment card numbers or full credit card data to FastBound through this integration.

Accounting and inventory (QuickBooks Online)

Replicator may connect its own business systems to Intuit QuickBooks Online to keep accounting inventory aligned with order fulfillment. This is an internal operations integration for Replicator's company books; it is not a consumer-facing login to your personal QuickBooks account.

When an order is marked shipped, we may send limited non-sensitive operational data to QuickBooks Online solely to adjust inventory quantities—for example product names as they appear on the order, the number of units of each product, and an order reference. We do not send customer payment card numbers, full credit card data, or government ID documents to QuickBooks through this integration.

Intuit processes that data under Intuit's own terms and privacy practices. You can review Intuit's policies at intuit.com/privacy. We retain related operational records (such as an inventory adjustment reference on the order) as needed for business, audit, and legal purposes.

Security

We make concerted efforts to protect your information both online and offline. Only necessary personnel will have access to any information about your purchase. While no internet transmission or storage method is entirely immune to threat, we will follow industry best standards (PCI-DSS) to offer a secure online buying experience. If you provide credit card information, this data is encrypted during transmission and not stored. We use only secure computers and servers to store your data, and all data is stored in encrypted databases.
